We’re bringing you the best of both worlds by combining fitness and yoga. This retreat is ideal if you like to be active and if you enjoy down time.

Incorporating HIIT workouts, yoga and hiking in the beautiful surrounds of the Wicklow mountains, this two night retreat is centred around a healthy body and mind. With daily activities comes the need for rest and relaxation, this sanctuary offers a peaceful break from busy life and features a hot tub and hammocks to make sure you really put your feet up! Having worked up an appetite, you will be treated to the most delicious, healthy vegetarian meals each day.

Hosted by personal trainer Fiona Peelo and yoga teacher Orla McAdam, you will leave this weekend feeling energised, rejuvenated and happy.
