Mom and Baby yoga- 6 week Course with Krista

Our Mum & Baby Postnatal Yoga class allows you to bond with your baby while exercising safely, helping to strengthen your mind and body after giving birth.

The classes are completely baby-led, so your baby can cry, laugh, sleep or feed during the session! We want you to feel at ease so you’re welcome to tend to your baby, as they need it.

  • Suitable from 6 weeks to crawling at speed
  • Mum gets to work on her core, pelvic floor, upper & lower back, shoulders and sanity
  • Lots of fun, stretching, strengthening & learning for baby
  • Enjoy learning beneficial yoga moves
