This class will introduce complete beginners to the basic principles of yoga from a philosophical view. It will offer grounding of some of the key yoga postures and help you understand alignment, benefits and contraindications as well as giving you more insight of your own body and its needs. We will explore breath work (pranayama) and meditation and how these both help connect with the practice of yoga.
This class is ideal for complete beginners or yoga students with some previous yoga experience.
