Candlelit Restorative Yoga Fridays
This class will combine restorative yoga postures with yin-yoga style long-held floor poses. Intuitive instructions, props and a relaxing atmosphere help to open the body and still the mind. We will use this time to cultivate the ability to observe and stay with sensation while calming the nervous system. This is an excellent way to balance out the stress of modern life and reset the body after a long week. It is a class that is open to all levels and great for those wishing to de-stress and cultivate physical and emotional body awareness.
