AcroYoga is a physical practice which combines yoga and acrobatics. Acroyoga is more than a natural extension of my yoga practice. It made me more confident, more humble, taught me to listen, and brightened my days.

Get ready for fun warm ups, plenty of core to get those tummys fired up…handstand, Cartwheels, tones of tumbles and exciting challenging poses and sequences for us to learn.

Keeping the group to a relivaity small group of 12-15 to ensure everyone gets plenty of attention.
