30 Day Yoga Challenge- 5th Year Running

We are missing you all at the studio….and are so happy to see so many of you work on a home practice.

The 30 Day Yoga Challenge is back….we have to just adapt a little….but this is our 5TH Year running the challenge and each year it just gets better and better!

We will have a selection of awesome teachers leading you through the 30days with a mixture of Ashtanga/Vinyasa/Rocket classes and a glorious Yin Class to compliment our strong physical practice.

Classes will be streamed live daily via Zoom for a range of AMAZING teachers. For those who are still currently working we have an option for you to still commit, we can then record classes and can then email the class to you to complete at a time that suits you.

If you want to consistently enjoy the benefits of yoga, then you need to take the steps necessary to make it a habit. One of the best ways to develop the yoga habit is to commit to a 30 day yoga challenge.

The heart of the 30 day challenge is commitment. It means making a promise to yourself and following through on it. It means banishing from your life all your usual excuses, It means promising to practice for a certain amount of time each day and just doing it. Whatever you commit to, do it for 30 days and you will drastically improve your chances of turning your yoga practice into a habit.


Pricing options-

Early bird price before 18th May is 100euro

After Early bird price ends its 125euro

For those still working you can chose an option to have classes recorded and links sent to you. This option costs 130euro. We ask you to please notify us in advance what days you are unable to attend and we will organise those days for you.
